Life happens, but please respect our time.
– Cancellations or reschedules require at least 24 hours’ notice.
– Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged 50% of the service total.
– No-shows will be charged 100% of the service total.
– More than 2 no-shows or late cancellations may require full prepayment to book in the future.

🕒 Late Arrival Policy

If you’re running behind, please call or text us ASAP.
– Clients who are more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule and may incur a fee.
– We will do our best to accommodate you, but services may be shortened out of respect for the next guest.

💳 Deposit Policy

Select services (such as color corrections, transformations, or specialty services) require a non-refundable deposit to book.
– Deposits go toward your final balance and help secure your appointment.
– Rescheduling with more than 24 hours’ notice will transfer your deposit once.

💸 Payment Policy

We accept cash, all major credit/debit cards, and contactless payments.
– Tipping is always appreciated but never expected — and 100% goes to your stylist.
– No checks, please.

💬 Refund & Redo Policy

We want you to feel amazing walking out of Mane Muse. If something’s not right:
– Please reach out within 5 days of your appointment.
– We do not offer refunds, but we’re happy to offer a complimentary adjustment within reason.
– Changes in style preferences or delays in voicing concerns may not be eligible for a redo.

🧼 Health & Safety Policy

Your health and our hygiene standards are non-negotiable.
– If you’re feeling sick or have been exposed to anything contagious, please reschedule.
– We sanitize all tools, stations, and common areas regularly and follow strict cleanliness protocols.

🌦️ Emergency & Weather Closures

In the event of severe weather, power outages, or emergencies, we’ll reach out to reschedule your appointment at the soonest convenience.

🛍️ Retail Return Policy

Unopened, unused products may be returned within 7 days with proof of purchase.
– We do not accept returns on opened products unless there is a manufacturer defect.
